What’s the course format and how do lessons work?
    Format • Lessons • Sprints

Each module is built around a single storytelling skill (structure, character intent, scene tension, revision). You’ll move through:

    • Short lessons (5–12 minutes) with concrete examples.
    • Writing sprints that turn the lesson into words on the page.
    • Rubric checks to help you self-assess before submitting.

    What’s included in the price?
    Pricing • Access • Materials

You get all modules, worksheets, writing prompts, and rubric templates. Your access includes future minor updates to the same track.

If you purchase a team pack, you also get an admin roster view (invite + remove learners) and a progress export.

    Do you offer refunds?
    Pricing • Refunds

Yes. We do a fair-case review within 14 days of purchase if you haven’t completed more than 20% of the track. If you’re unsure, contact support with your email and a short note about what didn’t work.

How do I get a certificate of completion?
    Certificate • Requirements

Complete the final story project and pass the rubric check for core competencies (structure, clarity, pacing, and revision quality). We then issue a digital certificate with your name and completion date.

If you’re on a team plan, your admin can also export completion records for internal reporting.

    How do team licenses work?
    Teams • Seats • Admin

Team plans are seat-based. An admin invites learners by email, assigns seats, and can reassign seats when someone leaves the team.

For compliance-friendly workflows, progress can be exported as a CSV report (learner email, module completion, date).

Is the FAQ and course content accessible?
    Format • Accessibility

We aim for high contrast, keyboard-friendly UI, and predictable navigation. This FAQ uses native <details> + <summary> for accessibility and progressive enhancement.

If you need a specific accommodation, contact support with what you’re using (screen reader, browser, OS) and the issue you hit.

Can I get an invoice or receipt?
    Pricing • Billing

Yes. If you need a receipt with company details, send support your billing email plus the information that should appear on the invoice (legal name, address, tax ID if relevant).

How do you handle privacy for team accounts?
    Teams • Privacy

Team admins can only view roster and completion status. Drafts and story text remain private to the learner unless they share it explicitly.

If your organization needs a custom data retention window, contact support to discuss options.

Can I learn on mobile, and is there offline access?
    Format • Mobile

Mobile works well for lessons and reading. For writing sprints, a larger screen is usually more comfortable, but it’s fully usable on phones.

Offline access isn’t included by default; however, you can export worksheets and prompts from each module to your device.

Do you have discounts for students or nonprofits?
    Pricing • Discounts

Sometimes. We run limited cohort promos and can offer nonprofit pricing on a case-by-case basis. Send a message with your organization type and the number of seats you need.
